Glamour Doll Eyes 2012 Halloween Collection Set 2

My first package from my recent shopping binge to Glamour Doll Eyes arrived a couple of days ago and in it came the second set from the new Halloween collection!! I was super excited to get this in the mail! With it came six other shadows but the review for those come at a later time. The second set from this collection, there are two, has some amazing colors! It comes with three eyeshadow pigments and one eye light which is a glitter.  The quality of these pigments is amazing. Out of my collection of GDE pigments these have to be some of the best shadows when it comes to pigmentation and quality.

Packaging

The four shadows come wrapped up in this cute little bag, along with the shadows there are two business cars for GDE, one for Sedona Lace brushes, and a sticker!

The new sticker took the  GDE logo girl to a new alternative twist.

The pigment also took a twist onto the creepy side. I absolutely love the packaging for the shadows in this collection.

The Shadows!

Macabre
Amazing matte mustard yellow with a slight orange sheen.
I love, love, love this color!! I've been on the lookout for a great mustard yellow considering its a huge trend this fall and this color is perfect!!

Vampire Wedding
Deep brick red with slight black undertones and red sparkle. This is an amazingly pigmented brick red, which in the light it looks almost burgundy. The red sparkle comes out looking more gold in the light than red, which is kind of weird. This sparkle does go away a bit when the pigment is used wet.

sorry for the crappy image, it was so hard getting a decent picture of this since the text was so small

Bat Wings
purple with gray and black undertones with red, purple, blue and green sparkles.
This is actually my favourite pigment in the collection, but only when used dry. When used wet it reminds me of wet concrete and the glitter complete goes away when used wet! In the picture showing the pigment it may seem like there is less pigment that the others, that's not because they send less of this, I was just stupid and forgot that I had it in my hands and spilled half of the pigment on my carpet. I almost screamed.

Apparition
White, purple and green eyelight. This is the most unique glitter in my collection. It looks really weird in the packaging. The white glitter looks almost like salt, but when you move it around the glitter changes color in the most amazing way!!

For the collection you end up paying $14.00, which is a great price for all four amazingly pigmented eyeshadows!! This is a limited edition collection and there will only be a limited quantity, but as of five minutes ago they where still available for purchase!! So, if you do like these shadows I'd suggest checking out glamourdolleyes.com!! I do know that past Halloween collections have been added to the permanent range but no one knows if these will be too.
