Nails: Black and White Halloween

I've been wanting to do a Halloween manicure for a couple of weeks now. I didn't want to do anything too intricate at first so I decided to do a mismatched manicure. I love seeing these! They're so cute. I only used three polishes total and made my own dotting tools since I don't own any yet!

Nails: 

Essie Licorice 

Stripe Rite Paint in White

Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Topcoat 

Toothpick for smaller dotting

End of old makeup brush  for larger dotting

Pastel Gradient Nails

So after a month hiatus of refusing to do my nails I finally decided to do this method of gradient nails. They came out.......ok. 

What you'll need:

Base Coat I used Orly's Bonder 

and a top coat to seal the finished product, I used Orly's In A Snap, my all time favorite top coat. 

Starry Night Nail Art

I've always been a big fan of Vincent Van Gogh especially his Starry Night painting. His art work changed the way people see art, every stroke of his brush different from the other. Van Gogh created a new form of art, using new techniques to create his masterpieces. So when I cam across this tutorial by Cutepolish on youtube I knew that I had to give it a try. 

I know it sounds and looks incredibly difficult to redo Van Gogh's famous painting but it is easy as long as you go slow and give it time. 

Gryffindor/Breaking Dawn Inspired Nails

So, yeah, like everyone else in the world I've been bombarded by Breaking Dawn adverts, and the colours have been inspiring me for a while, so I came up with this nail look.

Since school just started I wanted to do something simple. Something not so complicated and something I could touch up super easily if they chipped. 

 

Nails of The Week: OPI Mermaid Tear with Black Anchor accent nail

This week I got really inspired by nautical stuff, anchors, stripes, and everything in the colour blue. So this is the outcome of this all.
