Hi Dolls! It feels like forever since I posted an actually FOTD look for y'all. I've been so busy lately, mostly because I just began my new job. Today I bring you a very grunge, messy inspired look. I got the urge to do this look because at work I have to keep my makeup very simple and professional, and I just wanted to do something dark and messy. Smudges and creasing included. FOTD: Summer Awakening

Hello Dolls! Today I bring you a bright colorful smokey eye! This is my second look featuring all Glamour Doll Eyes. I used all 6 of this months shadows plus the otm shadow. I really liked this look. I kept it bright on top and on the lower lash line I only used enough pigment for it to make an appearance when the light hit it in the right angle. 

FOTD: Navy Blue and Purple Eyes

Hello Dolls! Today I bring you my fourth and final look this month using all Glamour Doll Eyes. This look was somewhat inspired by a makeup look created by vintageortacky a couple of months back. I used a navy blue and a purple to create an interesting color combination for a smoky eye. I like how the two colors combined with one another and I hope you guys do as well!

Hello Dolls. Today I bring you the third look using all Glamour Doll Eyes! I was a kinda lost on what to do today so I just ended up playing with my shadows. I ended up with this really subtle smokey eye using the blue, rose gold and silver shadows I received. It was son hard to take a picture of this look since I made the look so soft, but I hope I got decent enough pictures.

Hello Dolls! This past week the weather here in Connecticut has been so up and down lately. Two days ago it was beautiful and snowing, yesterday it was gloomy and raining and now it's sunny and frigid. Being a Texas girl I thought I was done with the menopausal weather, but I guess not. I've been completely in love with the light snow that was off and on for a couple of days, and I became inspired after snapping a picture of my back yard three days ago. This looks is blue and silver and all kids of cold. 

This is also my first looks using all Glamour Doll Eyes for March.

This was the picture I snapped that inspired the colors of this look.

Glamour Doll Eye Insider March 2013

Hello Dolls. I have a quick post for you today. I bring you the six shadows that I received this month in my Glamour Doll Eyes Insider Package. This six shadows will be the main center point in four looks this month. I got a great array of colors, they all seem to be in the same color palette which will make it easier to make a look out of. I'm excited for this month because with this package Vanessa, the owner of GDE, inncluded Februarys OTM shadow Toxic Grape. I was one of the two lucky people who got this without a subscription. I'm excited to see what looks I can come up with for you guys!!

Glamour Doll Eye Insider Program

Hello Dolls!! I have some incredibly belated news for you guys today. Past December Glamour Doll Eyes announced that they would be beginning an insider program for their customers. They would pick six people at a time and GDE would send them six shadows a month to create four looks a month using the shadows provided. I decided to sign up on a whim thinking that I would never be chosen, but about two days later I received an email saying that I was one of the six chosen! 

Amidst the chaos that was January I managed to put out the four looks, but never gave you guys the news. This month I have decided that every month that I am honored to be a part of the Insider Program I will be posting the six shadows provided as well as swatches. I figured this would help you see what the colors looked like on their own rather than in a look where it may look completely different. And perhaps may entice you into purchasing some of these colors yourself.
