FOTD: Inglot Eyes

Hello Dolls! Last month I purchased some shadows from the Inglot Freedom System and I fell in love with them. Since I was so busy and dedicated the small amount of time that I had for makeup to the Glamour Doll Eyes Insider Program I just kinda put them to the side. Today I had some time and decided to create a look using my favorite shadow. Inglots 340 matte. It's a dark highly pigmented teal that leans more toward a forrest green teal rather than a blue teal! I loved the shadow the moment I got it, so I decided to make it the highlight of this look.

FOTD: Toxic Grape Smoky Eye

Hello Dolls! Today I bring you the second look using all Glamour Doll Eyes. I didn't have a specific idea in mind when creating this look, I was just playing around with shadows and came up with this dark cool toned smoky eye. The lip color was also a small accident. I used two lipsticks to unintentionally make this peach colored lip. (probably the only peach color that would ever suit me)
I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the entire look and I hope you guys enjoy this look as much as I do.

Review: Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre

Hello Dolls! Today I bring you a review on a very hyped about item. Embryolisse's Lait-Creme Concetre (24 Hour Miracle Cream). Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concetre is a rich moisturizing lotion. This product has been raved by make-up artists and celebrities alike. It is claimed to be a versatile lotion that is basically  three products in one: a primer, moisturizer, and make-up remover. I generally have trouble finding a good moisturizer and was keen on trying this. But I wasn't to keen on paying the price, but I caved because I needed to know if this was the real deal!

Packaging:
I received this product in a generic box with the Embryolisse Logo and general instructions as to how to apply the product. The tube is somewhat like a toothpaste tube and feels somewhat like a light metal, maybe aluminum but I am not positive. When first opened you have to prick it with the opposite side of the lid to make a hole in the seal. I really loved that it came with a seal so you know that your product hasn't been contaminated in any way. All instructions on the tube itself are in French, considering it is a French product there can't be a complaint there.

February 2013 Ipsy Glam Bag

Hello Dolls!! For the first time in two months I have an Ipsy Glam Bag Unbagging for you. The past two bags I have either not received or I have forgotten to do a post for them. This bag months bag has some real nice gems it and I'm glad I actually remembered to change my address on my subscription this month, (yeah i forgot to do that last month so my mum got a nice surprise back in Texas.

This months bag is a patent, latex feeling black bag with a red inner lining.

Like I said this months bag has some great gems in it. From Lash Card, don't worry I didn't know what they where either, to an amazing gel liner from MICA Beauty Cosmetics.

FOTD: Tropical Sunrise

Hello Dolls!!! I bring you today the first of four looks using all Glamour Doll Eyes! I know this is probably not what you'd imagine wearing on Valentines Day, but I couldnt wait to do this combination of colors. It was the first thing that popped into my head when I opened up my package and saw the colors!! There's a hint of bronzy gold and an amazing teal. I absolutely fell in love with Island Chic.

First Impressions: MAC Archie's Girl Collection Lipsticks

Hello Dolls! As you may all have heard last week MAC released it's long anticipated Archie's Girls Spring Collection. Every since I was a young girl I've been a fan of the Archie comics and I couldn't pass on this collection at all. I managed to get my hands of five of the six lipsticks in the collection.
This collection was divided in two, since the makeup was based off of Betty and Veronica, there where equal amounts of lipstick for both. Half of the collection consisted of more natural, day time colors and the other half of more night time, dark and bright colors.
Since I only picked up the lipstick I am going to swatch these for you, and since I only recieved them yesterday I wont be doing a full review, only first impressions.

*This collection has already been released online, but it will be released at all MAC locations on Febuary 7th. This collection is limited edition.*

Packaging:
Like all MAC limited edition collections the packages for these product have a little something special. And that little something special is that the packages are completely redone. The outer packaging is a white box, in change of the regular black, with the Archie's Girls logo. It pictures Betty, Archie and Veronica with the mac logo underneath, all of which are surrounded by little red hearts. Perfect for valentines day.
The actual lipstick packaging is just as cute. The lipstick still comes in the bullet tube but the tube is also white, with a gloss finish. The MAC logo is placed on the lid, in the bottom portion of the lid it has the picture of either Veronica or Betty. This corresponds with the lipstick color and who it represents.
I am absolutely a sucker for cute packaging and MAC went all out for this collection.

FOTD: Superbowl Sunday

Hello Dolls!! So today the Baltimore Ravens and the San Fran 49 went head to head in the Superbowl.   Now, personally I am not a football fan, I'm more of a baseball girl, but considering a lot of people where showing team spirit and at the request of my boyfriend I decided to do something different. I had just received MAC's Blue Lipmix I went for it and completely fell in love with it. This also gave me a chance to give this product a run for its money and give me a chance to review it thoroughly. The review will be up in a day or so.

FOTD: It Feels Like Spring!!

Hello Dolls!! For the first time this week it doesnt feel ridiculously cold in Connecticut. It actually feels like Spring!! That served as inspiration for my look. I used vibrant, spring-y colors all over my eye. This looks is super simple and super quick to do! I don't know how much I like how it turned out, but hey it looks pretty good.  Like I promise I am trying to post more for you guys. In the upcoming week I'm going to try and do more reviews and looks for your reading pleasure!!
